Most popular of all is the Raclette which is a semi-hard cow’s milk cheese that is usually fashioned into a wheel of about 6 kg and scraped fresh from the grill to freshly baked bread and the oven bakes Racklette in bread crust and flavoured with black truffles.
Delicious cured Spanish Serrano ham on the bone, Salami Milano and Kassler Ham are available as well.
