Wilfred Yang, designer of the Rose Garden Hotel took his inspiration for the design from the Myanmar’s ancient culture of the Kingdom of Bagan mixing it with a modern design concept.
The guest rooms and public areas themselves have an interior design that makes extensive use of wood, rattan and bamboo. Most of the material for the interior design was locally sourced and hand crafted. The hotel also comes equipped with modern conveniences, such as high speed WiFi and energy-efficient electronics and lighting.
