Currently, COVID-19 affects people around the globe and our thoughts are with them. The Health and safety of our guests, staff, and community are our number one priority.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation in case the guest shows Covid-19 “Corona” related symptoms or has been in contact with any Covid-19 “Corona” positive tested person.
We want all of our guests to feel safe, comfortable, and confident during their upcoming stay. We are taking precautions and preventive measures in line with the World Health Organization and follow Government guidelines to ensure that a clean, safe, healthy environment is provided for our guests and staff.
Please be assured we always adhere to best practices and the highest standards to ensure that all commonly touched surfaces throughout the hotel are thoroughly washed, cleaned, and sanitized throughout the day. Proper handwashing and using hand sanitizers that are available everywhere in the hotel is also of paramount importance in the prevention of spreading germs, and we will continue to remind our guests and be vigilant with staff about these basic hygienic principles. Additionally, all guests entering the hotel will be checked for their temperature, are advised to practice social distancing plus sanitize their hands before entering the hotel and during their stay at various stations available throughout the hotel. Face masks are available on request.
